This half day course from LGSS is suitable for practicing First Line and Middle Managers who wish to appreciate and understand their responsibility in relation to managing the disciplinary/grievance process. Enabling them to feel more confident and competent to deliver an effective, professional process - appreciating that the start of this process may form the basis of a formal process both internally and externally. It is designed to help them to manage their team effectively if a team member is involved in a grievance or disciplinary procedure, and to communicate with the team effectively and appropriately, understanding the parameters of the communication.

  • Explain the role and responsibilities of a facilitator
