Female delivering training to a group

LGSS Learning & Development

We provide exemplary training for over 30,000 learners across the public and private sector.

With a team of 100 qualified specialists, we have the capacity and expertise to deliver a range of disciplines, teaching styles and approaches. All our trainers have hands-on operational experience in their field, so can provide practical know-how as well as theoretical learning.

Choose from over 600 available courses, with over 300 available online. Our face to face courses are ideal for those who prefer to learn by listening, interacting and absorbing new information, while our digital learners can use our signature product, iLearn to take control of their own continuing professional development.

We are an approved apprenticeship training provider, with a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities available through our Apprenticeship Qualification Academy. We work closely with employers to ensure that apprenticeship programmes meet business needs and provide off-the-job training for apprentices.

Our customers include Cambridgeshire County Council, Milton Keynes Council and Northamptonshire County Council; and institutions such as Anglia Ruskin University, The Open University and the University of Northampton, as well as arm’s length management organisation Northampton Partnership Homes. We also cater for schools, academies and individuals.

In 2017/18, 98% of learners provided positive feedback for our courses, noting an enriched skill set as well as a fulfilling experience.

We are accredited through a range of regulatory bodies including CIPD, Ofsted, CQC, ILM, CIPD, City and Guilds and Pearson.
